David began working in residential construction way back in the early 1980’s with his father-in-law who was a home builder. David got a degree in Drafting and Design and studied architecture at Oklahoma State University.



While working for an insulation company, David developed an interest in energy efficiency, and he began testing houses in 2009. He also worked for one of the largest rating companies in Oklahoma where he learned how to inspect, diagnose, and test homes for energy efficiency and quality installations. He has held a certified contractor card for installing spray foam as well. David has passed national certifications tests for RESNET HERS raters and also for Energy Star. He continues to increase his knowledge through continuing education, as does his team.

In the fall of 2013, David and his family moved to east Texas, and he began Dynamic Energy Solutions. The company rebranded and became Green Science in September 2018.

David and his team have tested thousands of single- family homes, as well as multi-family structures and commercial buildings in Oklahoma, Texas and Louisiana. David’s diverse background in construction, insulation and HVAC make Green Science the best choice to diagnose or prevent potential energy issues in residential and commercial structures.

Green Science’s company goal for is to give homeowners, builders, and investors sound advice for a more energy efficient structure that will have better indoor air quality, be more sustainable and have added value. Our team will explain how air leakage, duct leakage or moisture infiltration will affect the structure as a whole and we feel that when one system is not in balance, it can change the dynamic of the whole structure. Our team uses scientific instruments and other tools to diagnose problems and document the process at each new or existing structure we inspect or test.
